Why the pattern matters
Most hybrid pans use a hexagonal or dotted pattern that limits how much stainless steel actually touches your food. Hyclear's fleur-de-lis design exposes significantly more steel surface area than competing patterns — and more steel means more direct contact with high heat. That's the difference between a pan that sears and a pan that just gets hot.
Built to perform
3-ply construction. Medical-grade stainless steel. Molecularly bonded ceramic. Induction compatible. Oven safe to 500°F.
PFAS-free from day one
When regulators started scrutinizing forever chemicals in cookware, other hybrid brands had to reformulate — pulling products, rebranding, and facing lawsuits over what they'd been selling for years. Hyclear never had to. Our ceramic-stainless hybrid was designed without PFAS from the very first pan, so there was nothing to walk back.
How we compare
Traditional nonstick coatings can't handle high heat and wear down over time. Traditional stainless sears well but sticks without careful technique. Other hybrid pans close the gap — but their patterns expose less steel, softening the sear, and many were forced to reformulate once PFAS came under scrutiny. Hyclear's fleur-de-lis pattern maximizes steel contact for a harder sear, and we've been forever-chemical-free since our very first pan — no reformulation required.
